Extruders, twin screw extruders, and other types of extruders, due to their fast speed, high torque, and large inertia, can cause serious losses if they are not protected in a timely manner once overloaded. Due to the unique nature of this industry, module type limiters (or ejector pin type, tooth embedded type, safety coupling) are almost always used in extruders, The difference between this series and other series is that once overloaded, it can completely detach the active end and transmission end (other series will not completely detach), has no residual torque value, and will not automatically reset. It requires manual tapping of the limiter module with a hammer or other components to reset.
